For All That's in my Mind, Scattered (but not Black and White)

There's so much to be thankful for or to be inspired by, even in the most tumultuous of times. There always seems to be a new collection of songs to listen to or to fabricate, an interesting audiovisual treasure to discover, a compelling concept to learn, and/or exotic places to visit (when funds permit). That's just a handful of gems in this life.

I want to capture and share some of my "multisensory moments" with my friends, family and whoever is interested. They're fleeting so it's good to write them down quickly.

Context Now:

It's a refreshingly warm springtime night and I'm sharing my small living room couch with my (literally) cool cat, Rhodes. I'm listening to a dreamy and surprisingly very vocal-based LP (Coeurs) by French electronica artist, Jérôme Minière, and am dreaming about a (very) possible trip to Barcelona with my love, that is likely to happen in August. I'm also eating pitas & veggies with hummus and enjoying the smells of late-night neighbourhood meals.

Oh yeah, this is still the hub for my own music. Recordings are resuming in the studio this month. I don't want to say too much. I'd rather just do and then report. I'm sure y'all understand.

Check back regularly for updates...
